SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping direct from China to major destinations (Europe, US, Australia, etc.)
How long does shipping take?
typically takes only 3 to 5 days. Goods are sent out from our warehouse stock typically within 1-to-3 day of your order payment for normal order. Shipping is by courier such as UPS, DHL, EMS
Will I be charged for taxes?
We do not add any extra tax fee to our products.

What are your warranty terms & conditions?
3 Months Warranty,without manmade damage. we can replace the new ones according to the real situation.
RETURNE
What is your return policy?
[1] Policy for return:
1 We provide a 3-months period guarantee for all products.
2 Any product with quality defects under the warranty period can be asked for return. Please pay attention that we are not responsible for defects by human damage by customers.
3 Please write the RMA number which we provide to you after authorize the customer’s application for each return in the return invoice or stick the printed one to the outside of the package.
4 When you sent the return package, please notify us about it by email.
5 All the returned items must be in the original condition, not used, worn or altered. All the products should be packing tightly to avoid shipping damage.
6 We suggest you to use EMS for returned package.
7 Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost which will be deducted from the payment for products. We will refund the rest to customers when receive the return package, the refund period takes 1-2 business days.

We will refund the payment to you when we receive the returned package, deduct the shipping cost which customers are responsible for.
